All about me
I completed a Diploma in Hypnotherapy in September 2023, through the extensive training provided via Hypnotic World. I am therefore a registered and qualified hypnotherapist. The Diploma provided me with many opportunities to engage in practical workshops covering many areas of Hypnosis, as well as gaining a high level of knowledge and skills throughout this Diploma. I am also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, which often works so well with hypnotherapy.
The reason for deciding on my business name of Hypnotherapy8, is due to the number 8, continuing to be a special re-occurrence at important times in my life. Number 8 has always been lucky for me and therefore I choose it, as part of my business name.
I have worked many years as a senior support worker for disabled children and I reside in Carmarthenshire area and excited about my new direction into Hypnotherapy and passionate about helping and supporting others, as life can at times, really challenge us, in many different ways and with different severities. Hypnotherapy8 can provide flexibility of providing hypnotherapy sessions either in All Ears Centre in Carmarthen or Parkhouse Therapy Centre in Gorseinon, Swansea. Additionally offer and provide sessions online via zoom or teams, in the comfort of your own home, which works so well for many of my clients so far. Hypnotherapy works just as well on video call, as in person but understand some clients preference understandably is to meet in person for a pre-consultation and for sessions of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy8 prides its self on keeping prices very reasonable and consistent, therefore more accessible. My aim is to be able to help a wide-range of clients from all backgrounds.

Below are images of 'All Ears Centre' in Carmarthen Town Centre and the optional rooms available for clients hypnotherapy sessions. There is a unisex WC and modern waiting area upstairs as well as modern therapy rooms. There is also a stairlift in place, if required. The therapy building is just across the road from Carmarthen Town bus station and has optional car parks in very close proximity. Therefore ideal location if you drive or if you need public transport to arrive at 'All Ears Centre'.
Parkhouse Therapy Centre
At Parkhouse Therapy Centre, there is a team of experienced, highly skilled professional therapists. It is based in Gorseinon Town Centre and has useful carparking options. There is free street parking available.
I now provide my Hypnotherapy sessions not only in Carmarthen (All Ears Centre), but also at Parkhouse Therapy Centre in Gorseinon. Parkhouse Therapy Centre, as all the facilities needed for clients who attend the centre for sessions. This is furnished to a high quality and will be a welcoming and friendly centre to attend. I also provide online option also for hypnotherapy sessions.

How to find us: Located above the old Barclays bank in Gorseinon and next door to Sainsburys. As you look at the bank, to the left there is a small alleyway with a white door. Go through both doors and our waiting room is upstairs.
Parking: Roadside parking available on Alexandra Road or High Street. Alternatively behind the therapy centre in Sainsbury’s, which has access via alleyway between Sainsbury’s and Barclays.
